How do I book Bells Functions?

What is the maximum capacity at Bells Functions?
The maximum capacity for a seated event is 60 guests. For a cocktail (standing) event we can accommodate up to 170 guests.
Is Bells Functions wheelchair accessible?
Bells Functions is fully wheelchair accessible. An elevator is available to transport guests from street level to the function area on the upper level. A wheelchair-accessible toilet is available in the function area. Please discuss any specific requirements with our friendly team.
Can we BYO food and beverages?
As in-house catering is included in our functions packages, we do not permit external food or beverages. However, we do allow external celebration cakes such as wedding and birthday cakes.
Can we have live music?
Absolutely! Entertainment options including live music and DJs are more than welcome.
What’s your cancellation policy?
To secure your booking we require a non-refundable deposit. Bookings are held for a period of 7 days and will be released unless the deposit and signed terms and conditions have been received.
We require full payment of the remaining balance 14 days prior to your function. We do not offer any refunds for cancellations.
Is Bells Functions available for exclusive hire?
Yes, we only offer exclusive hire when booking our space. You will have full exclusive use of the function space and balcony.
What’s the price per person?
Our events manager will provide a minimum spend value based on the number of guests, plus a room hire fee. Please submit an enquiry to receive a personalised quote based on your event details.
For day delegate events we offer a half-day package at $65 per person and full-day at $95 per person.
What kind of catering is provided?
All catering is prepared by our experienced chef in our in-house kitchen. We offer a wide range of catering options including canapes, set menus and buffets. Please view our events kits for menu options.

Can we make any changes to the menu?
We cater to all dietary requirements. Special requests will be accommodated where possible at the chef’s discretion. Unfortunately, the beverage menu cannot be altered.
What kind of services, facilities, and amenities are offered?

Are there any time restrictions?
The maximum duration is 5 hours for a cocktail-style event and 6 hours for a seated event. Events must finish no later than midnight.
Do we require security?
Bells Functions reserves the right to enforce certified security if deemed necessary. The client is to bear the costs and may be the responsibility of the client to arrange the necessary security. A ratio of security staff to guests must apply.
When can we access the venue before our event?
You have access one hour prior for a breakfast or delegate function or two hours prior for all other functions. A surcharge of $50 per hour will apply for additional set-up time and is subject to availability.
