Meet Patsy, who will help you picture your event at Bells Functions, drawing from your inspirations and bringing your vision to life. In short, have an idea? She'll make it happen for you! Her vast experience and expertise in the hospitality industry has equipped her with great skills to perfectly manage your event. Having previously organised events attended by Heads of State, recording Artists, corporate sit-downs of 10 to formal Congress meetings of 3000, humble dinners of 20 to weddings of 1000+ guests, cocktail parties and gala dinners (just to name a few) - you can be assured that your event is in good hands.

Alison

Senior Functions and Events Coordinator

Meet Alison, who will coordinate your event from start to finish. With a sharp eye for the finer details, be assured that your event will truly be one to remember! Alison has joined the team with 10 years of events experience in Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth and is qualified with a Bachelor of Event Management and Tourism. Her passion for event planning and coordinating began at a young age when attending weddings, birthdays and celebratory events - the happiness and joy radiating from guest's faces is something that she strives to replicate in the many events that she has coordinated in her professional career to date.

Michael

Head Chef

Meet Michael, who carefully curates our menus and oversees the Bells Kitchen to ensure food quality and presentation is always at the Bells Function standard. He has nearly 30 years of experience in commercial kitchens and his passion for food has seen him travel the world, working in 6 different countries, multiple 5-star establishments and with several celebrity chefs. Michael believes in using fresh WA grown produce to create a delicious palate and strives to always provide the perfect wine accompaniment. His main goal when working in the kitchen is to inspire his team to produce consistent greatness.

Ma

Duty Manager

Meet Ma, who will be your first point of contact during your function. She will be on-hand and available to solve any problem or answer any question. A Diploma of Hospitality Management has provided her with the skills to offer the highest standard of customer service. Ma has previously worked for several 5-star venues including Crown Casino and Oaks on Collins in Melbourne where she managed functions, events and Restaurants servicing 500+ patrons. Ma is passionate about providing exemplary customer service as well as managing her team effectively to get the best out of them. She looks forward to welcoming you to your next event in Bells Functions.
