Meet Michael, who carefully curates our menus and oversees the Bells Kitchen to ensure food quality and presentation is always at the Bells Function standard. He has nearly 30 years of experience in commercial kitchens and his passion for food has seen him travel the world, working in 6 different countries, multiple 5-star establishments and with several celebrity chefs. Michael believes in using fresh WA grown produce to create a delicious palate and strives to always provide the perfect wine accompaniment. His main goal when working in the kitchen is to inspire his team to produce consistent greatness.
Meet Ma, who will be your first point of contact during your function. She will be on-hand and available to solve any problem or answer any question. A Diploma of Hospitality Management has provided her with the skills to offer the highest standard of customer service. Ma has previously worked for several 5-star venues including Crown Casino and Oaks on Collins in Melbourne where she managed functions, events and Restaurants servicing 500+ patrons. Ma is passionate about providing exemplary customer service as well as managing her team effectively to get the best out of them.
